As an educational, and human service support organization, WoMen of Connection Ministry operates on biblical principal, in a manner that does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, and military status in any of its activities or operations.
Our programs are established to be obedient to God’s instruction according to Leviticus 19:33-34: “When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners…I am the LORD your God”. As an organization, we serve, educate, and empower families within their communities through mothers of all ages, and secondary school students to support them to successfully complete high school with diplomas and to seek post-secondary school education.
We also encourage people from diverse cultures, including our Native American and immigrant populations, to seek prosperity and inclusion. To let God’s glory and His Light shine through all of our activities which include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. All the members of this organization should always remember that “we are the Light of the world. A town built on a hill that cannot be hidden” (Matthew 5:14-16) and to work together without discrimination as we “go into the entire world and teach the gospel to all creation.” We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Finally, we appeal to you, brothers and sisters, as you join this woman of Connections Ministry organization, “in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all should agree with one another so that there are no divisions among us…but be perfectly united in mind and thought” (1Corinthians 1:10) with one another.
